What this covers

"We", "us", and "Woodfire Digital" mean Woodfire Digital LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. "You" means you, the person reading or using this website.

These terms apply only to woodfiredigital.com. They do not cover Self-Employment Toolkit (selfemploymenttoolkit.com) or Saidly (saidly.ai). Each of those has its own terms on its own site, and you should read them separately if you use those products.

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, close the tab.

What this site is

woodfiredigital.com is an informational holding page. There is no account to create, no form to fill in, no transaction to complete. The site links out to our products and provides an email address to reach us. That's the whole product on this domain.

Acceptable use

You may read the site, link to it, share it, and contact us at the email address on it. You may not:

• Attempt to break, overload, or exploit the site or its infrastructure
• Scrape the site at a volume or rate that affects performance for others
• Use the site or its outputs to harass, defame, or harm other people
• Misrepresent yourself as Woodfire Digital or one of our products
• Reverse-engineer or republish substantial parts of the site as your own
• Send abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or unlawful messages to our contact email

The text, code, design, logos, and arrangement of this site belong to Woodfire Digital LLC, except where another owner is credited. "Woodfire Digital", "Self-Employment Toolkit", and "Saidly" are our trademarks, registered or otherwise.

Outbound links

This site links to our own products and to third-party services we mention in the privacy notice (Google, Cloudflare). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices.

No warranty

We do not warrant that the site will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors, that the information on it will be accurate or current, or that it will meet your needs. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woodfire Digital LLC, its members, and its contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this site. This includes loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or reputational harm, even if we have been advised of the possibility.

Our total liability for any claim related to this site, regardless of the cause, is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

Indemnity

If your use of this site violates these terms and that causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to defend and indemnify Woodfire Digital LLC against that claim, including reasonable legal fees.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you agree to that jurisdiction.

Severability

If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
